must be well trained and supremely confident in using the system. This is where Ethical Advocate’s
superb training and implementation comes into play.
At no additional cost, EA will comprehensively train your designated personnel at every stage of
the plan. Easy to follow multi-lingual manuals and other written instruction in PDF format are sent
during implementation (and throughout our relationship for all updates) and include but are not
limited to the following:
- detailed, step-by step guidance
- specific timelines
- technical information
- written and illustrated instruction
- communication templates
At the same time, our expert implementation team telephonically (or in-person where possible)
trains your staff without time constraints and tailored to your needs.
EA’s training and guidance is not limited to the implementation phase. We provide procedural
updates and create a ‘checking-in’ schedule for each client to ensure all questions and
procedures are addressed.
Once the initial phase is complete, EA’s implementation and training personnel are available
without limit, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday – Friday (EST). Weekend and holiday on-call service
ensures a call back within hours.
